Our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want trying matta to feel safe. Use your Barrier Repair Balm Stick for up to 60 days. If it is not right for you, email support@beautybymatta.com with your order number within 60 days of delivery and we will refund your full purchase price to your original payment method. You do not need to ship anything back. Keep the product.

This guarantee applies to your first order with us and is limited to one claim per customer or household. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days. We reserve the right to decline claims where abuse is evident.

Returns and Refunds

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned. The 60-day guarantee above is how we take care of you if an opened product isn't right.

Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the return.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email a photo to support@beautybymatta.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Shipping

Single stick orders ship for $4.99. Orders of 2 or more sticks ship free. We process orders within 1 to 2 business days, with estimated delivery within 5 to 8 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. If we cannot ship your order within 30 days of order acceptance, we will notify you and offer the choice of waiting or a full refund.
